Welcome to our off-grid Mediterranean eco-cultural farm for simple stays, regenerative learning, and a deeper reconnection with land, silence, and alternative ways of living.
At the heart of the land sits a 19th-century traditional stone farmhouse, now transformed into an eco-cultural farm and retreat centre, set within 10 hectares of olive and pine groves, fruit trees, low shrubs, and terraced land inhabited by hares, foxes, and wild birds.
Your private room with a double bed is inside the farmhouse itself. While we're not a polished rural hotel, all facilities needed can be found!
More than that, you enter a land that is shaped by intention: renewable energy, careful water use, agroforestry, natural building, and a culture of cooperation between people and nature.
Guests come here for peace, perspective, and a slower rhythm, with beaches, hills, and wide Mediterranean views all within reach.
The atmosphere will especially appeal to off-grid curious visitors drawn to regenerative and permaculture values, yoga enthusiasts tempted by our deck with long open views, digital detox travellers willing to trade constant connectivity for presence, and couples or solo guests seeking silence and immersion in the landscape.
WildSpirit also offers retreats and courses, so even a simple stay sits within a larger story of ecological learning and alternative living.
Off-grid life comes with its expectations, and it is best to state them clearly upfront.
- The path to the farm includes about 1 km of forest road without pavement.
- Water must be used carefully.
- Internet and connectivity is limited.
- Outside fires are not allowed during high season.
- During periods of low solar power or storms, electricity may occasionally be rationed.
None of this is hidden, it is a part of the habitat’s practical philosophy, and part of what makes your stay here feel so refreshingly real.

On this 10-hectare landscape, your host Fran moves almost like a living mycelium network tapped into the hillscape itself, continuously sensing what might benefit the wider web of life he is trying to steward.
Guided by wind, sun, rain, shade, and season, he lets the present inform the next step in the ongoing dance with the land. He is, in the best sense, an unconventional character. But spend an hour with him and what quickly reveals is a rare kind of gentleness: a kind soul woven deeply into both the place and his practice of awareness of the world around him.
What has emerged here is not a masterplanned eco-project but an endless practice of living, listening, adapting, and working with what is already present.
Simply organising for more abundance across olive and pine groves, fruit trees, terraces, and gardens. Restoring the historic stone houses, Renewable energy, careful water use, agroforestry principles, natural building, and reforestation all form a part of that wider choreography.
WildSpirit is therefore more than an off-grid farm or retreat centre. It is a habitat shaped by attention: to the land, to limits, to potential, and to the inner and outer shifts needed to live differently. Guests step into a place where silence, simplicity, regenerative learning, and alternative ways of living are not presented as polished ideals, but as something practised daily, imperfectly and with care.
At its best, the experience here offers a subtle recalibration through direct encounter: the feel of the hillside, the rhythm of resource-conscious living, the openness of the views, and the presence of someone genuinely trying to organise life in service of a wider whole.
WildSpirit is an off-grid eco-cultural farm and not a conventional hotel. Guests are welcome here with warmth, but also with the understanding that the habitat runs on limited resources and shared care for the land.
Foremorst we ask you to use biodegradable and chemical-free products to not contaminate the water systems.
Guests should treat the farmhouse, outdoor spaces, and shared facilities with care. Leave kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas in a respectful condition after use, and follow any on-site instructions around waste, recycling, composting toilets, outdoor showers, shared cooking areas, or solar-dependent systems.
Do not light outside fires unless your host has explicitly approved it.
Do not pick produce or use tools unless invited
smoke only in designated areas
Pets may be welcome by arrangement, but please keep them under control and respectful of the land, other guests, and any resident animals.
And again, as stated in the description: Use water mindfully, as supply is limited and managed carefully. Internet access is limited to telephone data. In periods of low solar supply or storms, electricity may occasionally be rationed or unavailable for short periods. The final stretch to the farm includes around 1 km of unpaved forest road, so please arrive prepared.
